Architecturally, it was built in the Stalin-era style, and according to local tradition, German prisoners of war participated in its construction – adding special historical value. Structure and uniqueness: The building rises three stories above ground and also includes: two underground levels – unique wine cellars that maintain constant temperature for wine. First floor – with 4-meter-high arched entrances where even cars and large trucks could enter. Second and third floors – with 6-meter-high arched ceilings, grand spaces and impressive volumes, still displaying architectural magnificence to this day. Additionally, on the territory of the complex there is a 2,000 m² restaurant building, which further expands future development opportunities. Communications and infrastructure: The factory has: its own 500 kW transformer, sewage system, natural gas, water supply – everything is connected and fenced. Historical significance: Sakara Wine Factory once received and processed the entire grape harvest of Imereti, serving as a central regional production facility that supplied wine according to state plans.
